Purchasing and Scheduling a Session

Note:
Our office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Maria Works on Saturdays and some Holidays
but our office is closed. 
If you are purchasing a session online on a Friday night
expect to hear back from us on the following Monday.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS -

Question:
1. Do I need to pay to schedule a session?

Answer:
No, you do not need to pay first. Simply give us a call and we will put

you in the schedule. However, Maria has a 24 hour POLICY


Your appointment must be paid within 24 hours of
appointment time, or you automatically fall off the schedule.


Question:
2. If I purchase a session online, what is my expected wait time to see Maria?

Answer:
Your wait time can vary, but on average, wait times are approximately 1 WEEK.
Maria does not have SAME DAY SESSIONS.

Cancellations List:
We rarely get cancellations, typically a few a year, however, we can
put you on our cancellation list, if you choose.


Please Note:
If you call us immediately after purchase ( during Regular Business Hours)
we will schedule you right then. If you choose not to call, we usually respond
to purchases within 24 hours.

3. What is Maria cancellation Policy?
 
Answer:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, it must be done 24 hours
in advance or A fee of $150.00 Dollars U.S is charged to you.

The remaining funds if any, will be refunded or applied to your
rescheduled session.

For 15 min sessions at 125.00, you lose the whole amount if you cancel
less than 24 hours before you're appointment


NOTE:
If you cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours of appointment time, you
will receive a FULL REFUND or credit for rescheduling your session.

4. What do I need to know before purchasing a session with Maria?

Answer:
Maria does not keep a online schedule for you to choose appointment times, due to
time zone differences and Maria's travel schedule, we choose not to implement
a online calendar. You must call us or Email us to schedule.

5. After purchasing a online session with Maria, how do I schedule
my appointment?

Answer:
You can call the office 212-935-4441. This is the FASTEST way to get in the schedule!
You can email us - maria@papapetros.com  This method of scheduling is the slowest. It can
take many emails back and forth to schedule your session, depending how fast you respond
to emails.

Appointment length, 15,30,45 min session?
For 30 and 45 min session, would you like to
do a Phone, FaceTime, or Skype session?
15 min sessions are PHONE ONLY.
