IN-PERSON, PHONE/FACETIME and SKYPE APPOINTMENTS:
All scheduled appointment must be paid 24 hours ahead of appointment time, Or automatically fall off the schedule.
All Prepaid Phone And Skype Sessions If Cancelled Prior To 24 Hours Before Appointment Time With Be Given 100% Refund.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 Hours before The Scheduled Time Begins And Request To Receive A Full Refund.
If the Cancellation Is Made The Day Of Your Appointment, You Will Receive A Partial Refund.
For 45/30 min Personal Appointments, the Cancellation fee is 175.00. We Will Refund The Remaining Balance Back To Your Credit Card / PayPal Or Venmo.
For 15 min Appointments the Entire Fee of $125.00 is Charged
If Credit Is Given, It May Be Used Towards Rescheduling For A Different Day And Time.
You May Request To Cancel For A Full Refund, Up To 24 Hours Prior to the Date And Time Of The Appointment.
Cancellations 24 Hours Before The Event May be Transferred To A Different Date/Time For A Rescheduled Appointment.
Cancellation Requests Made Within Less Than 24 Hours Of A Workshop Or Appointment Date/Time Will Not Receive A Full Refund But May Transfer The Remaining Credit Towards A Rescheduled Appointment Or Workshop Event.

Due To Limited Seating, We Request That You Cancel At Least 24 Hours Before A Scheduled Workshop. This Will Give Us The Opportunity To Fill The Seat. You May Cancel By (Phone Only). If We Do Not Answer When You Call To Cancel Your Workshop Seat, You Must Leave A Message Stating You Are Cancelling, If You Cancel Within Less Than The 24 Hours A 100.00 Fee Is Charged Or Your Entire Workshop Ticket, Which Ever Is Greater.
If We Have To Cancel Our Workshop Or Reschedule Your Appointment, We Offer You A Credit To Our Next Workshop Or Rescheduled Appointment And Or A Full Refund For Your Workshop Ticket Or Appointment.
You May Use These Credits Towards Any Future Class Or Workshop, If You Choose To Have A Open Credit Instead Of A Refund.
However, If You Do Not Cancel Prior To The 24 Hours, You Will Lose The Payment For The For The Workshop Or Appointment For The Amount Of 100.00 Dollars Or Your Full Workshop Ticket. All Cancellations Prior To 24 Hours Will Receive A 100% Refund.
I Understand That I Am Holding A Spot So Reservations For Event And Workshops Under 100.00 Are Non-Refundable.
If Cancelled Less Than 24 Hours Prior To Event. If You Are Unable To Attend ,I Understand That I Can Transfer To A Friend. If Your Cancellation Is At Least 24 Hours In Advance Of The Class,
You Will Receive A Full Refund. If Your Cancellation Is more Than 24 Hours In Advance, And Not Transferred To A Friend.
For Workshops Over 100.00 , A Full Refund Will Be Given If Cancelled Prior To 24 Hours Of Workshop.
When You Register For A Class, Or Schedule A Private Session You Agree To These Terms.
